Always pretty – not always nice
Watching the adults with a few of their offspring, there were a couple of spats between one of the grown swans with a nearly grown cygnet. The young one was eventually chased off for the time being. The pictures are dramatic, but the thundering sound of their wings beating against the water as they took off was amazing!
Spat number one, coming right at me
Spat number two sent the kid off on his/her way. They sure kicked up a storm!
